This modest website has a simple and didactic goal : it is meant for owners of sophisticated audio systems who want to go further - who doesn't want to do so ? - by the means of digital signal processor which nowadays allows to set up a quality mutli-amplified system for very little money. Sometimes these people are called audiophiles. I prefer to use the word "passionate". Let's face it : problem is that you may be passionate AND awkward. This is the reason why all of the modifications proposed here are sorted by skill level starting from one soldering iron :

Level 1 : easy you know how to use a screwdriver, you are able to tell the difference beween a torch and an soldering iron, you have already opened one of your beloved audio components, you can read a simple diagram and recognise an electronic part on the diagram. You preferably have some skill in electricity or basic knowledge in electronics.

Level 2 : pretty difficult as Level 1, but your ability to extremely fine objects gripping and an above-average visual accuity allow you to deal with those dreaded components : SMDs.

Level 3 : very difficult all of the above, plus audio electronics have no secrets to you. You are able to recognize instantly a part on a printed circuit board, you know by heart it's specificities , you are able to understand a complex diagram and redesign parts of a circuit, thus saying the "f" word to his author.

Level 4 : aaarrggh ! No way, I am too scared. Don't worry, there are no such tweaks in here.

Ah, before you start reading here is the kind of tweaks you'll never find here (don't thank me)
